Whereas, Notification cited at
reference (2) adhering to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Government
Notification cited at reference (1) for selection of 35 posts of Police
Constable (Civil) and 09 posts of Women Police Constable (Civil) was published
in the Karnataka State Gazette on 19.06.2014.
Whereas, as per the Notification
cited at reference (1) merit list by adding the percentage of marks obtained by
the candidates in the qualifying examination and in the written examination is
prepared and based on the merit and after taking in to consideration the
reservation of posts as in Notification cited at reference (2) First
Provisional Select List for the posts of Police Constable (Civil) and Women Police Constable (Civil) has been
prepared and published on 01.04.2015.
The CPC/WPC (44) selected candidates have been directed to appear
before medical board for medical
examination and original documents
verification on 07.05.2015. Out of 44
candidates, one candidate Sri. Gourishankar Roll no. 5230479 was absent. The document verification was done on the
same day and 43 candidates were sent for
medical board examination. The Medical Superintendent, RIMS Hospital Raichur,
vide letter dated:14.05.2015 sent Medical board report of 43 candidates in
prescribed format to this office. Upon verification of Medical examination
report, 43 candidates were found to
be medically fit.
Provisionally selected for the
post of CPC, 3 candidates have submitted their application
to this office refusing to join for the
post of CPC due to personal reasons. Their
applications have been verified according to rules and the
following names have been cancelled in
the first provision select list of CPCs vide this office order dated
07.07.2015.

As
per instructions mentioned vide reference (3) dated 27.03.2015 the second
provisional selection list of CPC/WPC has been prepared according to percentage
of merit and sent to the DIGP R&T
Bangalore for verification and approval. The DIGP R&T Bangalore has verified the second provision list and
issued the soft copy of CD of second provisional list of CPC/WPC on
29.07.2015.
The
CPC selection committee of Raichur Dist.
has verified the second provisional selection list of CPC/WPC received from the
DIGP R&T Bangalore and has been approved.
The Second Provisional Select List for the posts of Police Constable
(Civil) and Women Police Constable
(Civil) is as under.
(a)
This list is subject to the
original documents of educational
qualification, Caste Certificate, Rural, Kannada Medium, PDP, NOC (for Govt. servants in-service claims)
verification whichever is opted by the candidate.
(b)
This list is subject to the out
come of the results in the Medical Examination to be held by a Medical Board
duly constituted by the Recruitment Committee.
(c)
The fact that the name of the
candidates figure in this list does not give him/her any legal right for
appointment to the post which will be dependent on the aforesaid condition.
(d)
The Select List is subject to
the final decision of the Hon’ble Karnataka Administrative Tribunal/Hon’ble
Courts, if any.
